Spent Christmas in the hills and had a delightful experience. The rooms were well-kept, had beautiful views of the surrounding hills, and we enjoyed the sunrise from our room. The location was at the heart of the town, so we could step out and explore the local market easily. Meals were delivered right to our room, which helped us enjoy meals in the comfort of our room.

The hot water turned off regularly during our shower which was inconvenient. we were charged an extra fee which we did not expect.

Located in a serene and tranquil area, the hotel boasts breathtaking views of the hills that can be enjoyed from the cozy balcony of some of its rooms. the service is friendly, with prompt assistance available when needed. the rooms are fairly clean and comfortable, with natural light and fresh air pouring in.

The hot water supply can be unreliable, with the geyser turning off regularly during the shower.

I had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Moon Beam. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the surrounding area. The room was comfortable and had a lovely balcony where I could enjoy the fresh air. The meals provided were delicious, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. Despite a few minor issues, such as the bedsheets not being changed in front of customers and a leaking washbasin, I found the hotel to be a great choice. I would definitely recommend staying at Sunrise Moon Beam for a pleasant and memorable experience.
